基本良いホテル
施設立地サービスは基本良好。ひとつだけ残念だったのがバスタオルの交換。浴室に英語で書かれたグリーンエコのカードがあったのだけど、そのままにしていたらタオルの交換が無かった。4月のタイは極暑の季節、少し歩いただけで汗びっしょりなのでシャワーを何度も浴びたいこちらとしてはタオルは替えてほしかった。タオルの交換希望する場合あのカードは裏返しておくとか決まりがあるのかな？一番いけないのは自分の英語力ですけど。Read moreDate of stay : April 2018 -

位置好，适合玩耍逛街

這一家飯店位在曼谷市中心，距離水門市場、四面佛、BTS站、big c,central world Siam paragon走路就可以到達， 1樓還有超讚的泰式按摩店，價格便宜按摩很棒，一個小時才泰幣250 ，比我去按摩一個小時1000的let’s relax還要舒服，當然店內裝潢比較簡陋，但按摩技巧，卻是超道地的泰式按摩，非常非常值得去體驗！Read moreDate of stay : January 2024 -

NO SWIMMING POOL
No swimming pool. Hotel having 4 Star category but without swimming pool that too from a brand like Centara is quite surprising. located in best location which is easy for shopping and many indian food eateries close to hotel. Staffs are very Helpful and buffet breakfast is having good spread. Only disappointment is swimming pool. Rest everything is excellent. Please improve room guest services.
Overall stay was superb. The only problem that I encoubtered was the room guest services. Online room guest services through qr code was never delivered in our room, I tried calking through phone but it was always busy or it wasn’t working at all. We were a little disappointed when the cab drop off at the hotel as the drop off area does not have an impressive lobby. However, we were so impressed when we went up to the lobby at 9th floor. Very modern, clean bright lobby. We were even more pleased when we entered our room. The room is very clean spacious. Towels are clean. WiFi was good and there are many TV channels to watch.
